Lindsey Scheffler, BSN

Lindsey Kithil Scheffler is a healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience spanning clinical nursing, healthcare consulting, and senior care advocacy. Her career began as a pediatric nurse at Seattle Children's Hospital and evolved into owning and operating a boutique healthcare consulting firm, where she focused on aligning organizational operations with patient-centered care as well as workplace culture development. A certified Project Management Professional since 2018, Lindsey is known for building meaningful relationships and bridging the gap between healthcare systems and the patient experience. In 2025, she joined AffirmiCare, where she finds deep fulfillment supporting seniors and their families through every stage of the aging journey. Her background also includes international humanitarian work, serving on surgical teams in Peru and Nepal.

Lindsey was born and raised in Boulder and Louisville, Colorado, and currently lives in Louisville with her husband, Stephen. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys hiking and exploring the Colorado mountains, international travel, cooking, reading, and spending time with dearly loved family and friends.
